Who are Joseph & Ann?

Joseph & Ann are husband and wife team consisting of Ben & Sherie. Joseph & Ann are our middle names. 

Allergens: If you have any sensitivity to allergens including but not limited to gluten, dairy, eggs and sulphites we politely request that you do not purchase our products as we cannot guarantee our products are free of these items

Are your macarons gluten free?

We bake an array of goods including macarons and due to this our macarons may contain gluten. 

Are your macarons dairy free?

Our macarons contain cream and butter and therefore are not dairy free.

Where do you deliver to?

Currently residents who reside within 50km of Brisbane CBD can access our macarons via local courier UME delivery. We are always looking to expand into other areas so please check back as we add new areas all the time. Note: macarons are fragile and some damage may occur in transport, we do pack them quiet well to limit this. We also offer local pickup in Ipswich

When will my order be shipped?

Our macarons are made to order, we endeavour to have orders shipped on a Tuesday and Thursday via overnight courier. If there are any excessive delays we will notify you. Note: we have order cut off times. Cutoff for orders to be shipped on a Tuesday is 12.00pm the Sunday before, for Thursday shipping the cutoff is 12.00pm the Tuesday prior. We recommend you order as early as possible if you have specific date requirements. Processing time for orders may be up to 3 business days. Please allow for this when placing orders

Do your macarons need to be refrigerated?

We will pack your macarons with an ice pack which will keep the macarons in excellent condition during transport. Once you receive them we recommend you put them in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy them.

How long do your macarons keep for?

We recommend that you consume your macarons within 4 days of receiving them, they can also be frozen for up to 4 weeks. To defrost just place in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
